If you fancy meeting a few of your fellow film and media buffs then pay attention!!

A few of us from the forum have decided that we're going to have a casual networking and pub night! If you're interested in coming along, join us on Saturday 30th August 2008 from 5:30 pm at Lloyds Bar on Broad Street. We'll bring a home made sign or something to put on the table so you can find us when you arrive and I expect we'll be there for at least a few hours before (maybe) moving on to another venue. Feel free to leave a message with any questions/problems or confirming whether or not you'll be there.

Only a few days left before our first Film Birmingham meet up!

We've had lots of interest in the night and it looks set to be a lot of fun. Remember, there's no pressure to stay for the whole event, however this will be a great opportunity to meet local scriptwriters, actors, camera people, editors and like-minded creative people. I hope many of you will stop by to introduce yourselves!

Let's get this forum off the ground and start a network of film and media buffs!
