WAITING IN RHYME - a short film starring Les Dennis
A film by Kevin Powis and Martin Nigel Davey

I'd like to announce our upcoming short film production "Waiting in Rhyme".

The movie is set in a Doctor's waiting room, where we will see a host of well known faces in humorous situations as they wait to see the Doctor. To add to the complications most of the dialogue is poetic, provided by local poets headed by "Spoz", Birmingham's 11th Poet Laureate.

We can't announce the final cast at the moment as it is obviously subject to availability but we are pleased to say that Les Dennis has committed to the project as well as Finty Williams (Ladies in Lavender) and Dani Harmer - famous for her role as Tracy Beaker on TV. Many more well known actors will be taking part and the film will also be shown at next year's Cannes film festival.

Starring Sir Norman Wisdom, Geoffrey Hughes, Don Warrington, we are pleased that this film will again be on sale on classified DVD in support of Macmillan Cancer UK.

To ensure that Macmillan benefits from every DVD sale the movie is independently financed and because of that we are opening up funding opportunities to outside companies who would like to be involved in a film project.
